Jay Chandrasekhar of Broken Lizard fame has signed on to direct Opposites Attract, a body-switching comedy movie from Bold Films, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Written by Dan Ewen, Opposites centers on a young couple who must "walk a mile in each other's shoes" in order to make their relationship work.

Bold and Chandrasekhar are aiming to do an R-rated take on the body-switching genre while looking at the differences between the sexes.

Chandrasekhar helmed such Broken Lizard films as Super Troopers and Beerfest and tends to work with his comedy troupe. Opposites is not a Broken Lizard production. Chandrasekhar also helmed the Dukes of Hazzard reboot movie in 2005, as well as episodes of NBC's Chuck.
