Fox has ordered seven new pilots, including Human Target, a superhero drama, and an untitled reincarnation project, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The new pilots join the fall sci-fi comedy pilot Boldly Going Nowhere, which is being tweaked and will be reshot, the trade paper reported.
Human Target—from Warner Brothers TV, DC Comics and McG's Wonderland—is based on the DC Comics title. It centers on Christopher Chance, a mysterious security-for-hire who assumes the identities of people in life-threatening danger, becoming the "human target" on behalf of his clients. Jon Steinberg wrote the script and is executive-producing with Terminator Salvation director McG.
The untitled reincarnation project, also from WBTV, revolves around past-life investigators who use the concept of reincarnation to solve mysteries in their clients' previous lives in order to resolve their problems in the present. David Hudgins wrote the script and is executive-producing with Lou Pitt and M.J. Rose.

Yay! More science fiction shows for Fox to screw up like they did with Firefly.

This would be the second Human Target series: the first starred Rick Springfield back in the 80s.

Fantastic News. Milligan's re-imagining of the Human Target is one of the best comic stories out there. It would translate so easily and would be sure to blow people's minds (assuming they don't screw it up)
