Jumper co-stars Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson get engaged
When SCI FI magazine interviewed Jumper star Rachel Bilson last year about her experience working with Hayden Christensen, she raved about their chemistry.
"We hit it off really well," she told us. "I felt fortunate to act with him. ... I think he's a great leading man ... "
That chemistry has apparently resulted in Bilson choosing Christensen to be her permanent leading man, because the couple was secretly engaged over the holidays.
According to the New York Post's Page Six column, which first reported on the news, Bilson was spotted with her mother on a Virgin America flight from L.A. to JFK Monday night and revealed the engagement to longtime beau Hayden Christensen. When asked about the ring on her finger, the actress replied, "I'm not married yet, just engaged. I know I look like I'm 15, but I'm actually 27."
People magazine verified the engagement with a friend of the actress, who shared that though no wedding date has been set, "They're a great couple. Rachel seems thrilled beyond belief."
After being contacted by People, however, Bilson's rep said, "I don't comment on my clients' personal lives," while a rep for Christensen had no comment.

Everyone says Christenson can't act, but I've seen "Life as a House" and he acts fairly well. The really bad actor in the bunch is Rachel Bilson; she has no sense of voice intonation; she's always yelling. Awful actress. Also, don't care for her teeth, though she has a great body.

I think Bilson is pretty, has a likability and is developing into a decent actress. Christensen however has no range, very little charisma and his continued success amazes me to no end. That said, more power to him.
