Look for new Stargate Universe trailer in tonight's Continuum
A new trailer for the upcoming Stargate Universe will air during SCI FI Channel's broadcast tonight of Stargate: Continuum , which airs at 9 p.m. ET/PT. You'll be able to view the trailer on SCI FI Wire shortly thereafter.
In Stargate: Continuum, the past threatens to erase the present when the crew treks back in time to a world in which the Stargate program never existed.
Stargate Universe is a spinoff of SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis and follows the adventures of explorers who start off on a reconnaissance mission to the Destiny, a ship built by the Ancients, only to wind up on a never-ending mission when the crew learns the ship can't return to Earth.

I keep thinking I want to watch Stargate, try to catch up. There's this vacuum left by BSG and it's not being filled by Doctor who like I'd hoped. What else is there? SG can't be the only thing left.

why is it so hard to make good sci-fi? BSG, Fire Fly, Farscape . . . what is next? Stargate is yesterday's news. Doctor Who is pure camp. We want the next great thing! I want my Sci Fi Friday!

British Scifi is great Primeval season 3 just started, two seasons of Torchwood plus a 3rd on the way, Demons, Survivors, Being Human all have 1st season that just aired and Merlin these shows can all be downloaded vit bittorrent being that SciFi channel & BBC won't be airing them anytime too soon.

...if you can count 5 back-to-back nights of Touchwood as a season... Demons and Merlin are both far to 'teen'y to be taken seriously by a hard-core SF&F audience - which means SyFyLess will probably scoop 'em right up along with Aardman's new K-9 Series. Those & Sarah-Jane will be the new Friday Night Lineup
