Lost star Henry Ian Cusick is being sued by a former ABC employee who alleges sexual battery and harassment against the actor, Entertainment Weekly reported.

According to the suit, filed last week in Los Angeles court, Cusick allegedly squeezed and placed his face on the plaintiff's breasts, kissed her on the mouth and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

The plaintiff claims the incident occurred on the set of the hit series on or about Oct. 16, 2007, and that she was fired 12 days later, in retaliation for reporting Cusick's behavior.

ABC spokespersons, the plaintiff's attorney, and employees of Grass Skirt Productions didn't comment on the suit to EW.com.

umm. What the heck? Is this freaking real? How stupid is Cusick. I love his character but is that really how he acts? Wow. If this is true, I have just lost all my respect for him as a person and actor. This also sucks because I like his character, and in Lost fashion, he will probably be killed off the show now. They've done it with everyone on the show who as gotten in trouble with the law except for Daniel Dai Kim (hope I slept his name right).

If true, this is terrible for both Cusick and ABC; I wouldn't put it past the immoral Disney-owned, pro-Bush, ABC, either.

This falls under a "She says/He says" category and TBH likely DID happen and at the time was consensual and she saw a way to make it pay. It is possible because it's fairly common in media. At best she should expect an apology...
