Terminator Salvation director McG says he's the biggest d--k in Hollywood

\<em\>Terminator Salvation\<\/em\> director McG says he\'s the biggest d--k in Hollywood

As we reported in January, the relationship between Terminator Salvation director McG and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen director Michael Bay has been a heated one. Bay has accused McG of mimicking his film's giant robots, to which McG fired back, "We'll see who the last man standing is."

Now McG has taken the war of the words between competing directors of summer blockbusters to the next level, according to men.style.com, which is the online home of the print magazines Details and GQ

When the subject of Michael Bay came up, McG surprised his interviewer by saying, "Michael Bay has a big c--k, but I'd like to believe mine is bigger."

The director then smiled and added, "If he's up for it, we can both reveal ourselves on the Spartacus steps at Universal and put the question to rest."

As of this writing, Bay has not responded to McG's offer.

Wow. The guy at the helm of Terminator is a complete and total imbecile. Doesn't bode well for the movie, itself.

This is hilarious. But I approve, if they're going to be having dick measuring contests anyway, might as well make it literal. *snort*

Well what would you expect from a director whose one claim to fame is the Charlie's angels films. So yeah........not really anything to be too proud about there. Yep

wow, I guess childhood immaturity doesnt leave some people

Bay does a film (or two) involving giant robots, created by somebody else no less, and has the audacity to call out another director about it?

What's next, Bay is going to go after people for making movies that have bad acting and big explosions?

By Muldfeld at 11:33 PM ON 04/28/09

As lame as McG is, we all know Michael Bay started it, and I'll take any lame episode of "The O.C." over "The Transformers" film Bay incompetently directed. Of the superficial two, I'll side with McG.

McG has been executive producer to many cool shows including Supernatural and Chuck. The guy may not have directed as many movies as Bay, but to be honest who cares. I dont really watch too many micheal bay movies except for the Island, I'll say this though, who cares if both directors are having a pissing contest it only brings more publicity. People who trash Terminator: Salvation are still going to watch it one way or another especialy if they hate it so they can say I watched it and hated it. As for Transformers they should be happy that Termniator is coming out before them, if Terminator is a hit it will make people want to see Transformers more then cause they want more robots, if Terminator isnt a hit, it'll make people want to see transformers more then cause they want to see robots. Its a win/win situation for Bay, and McG will take any publicity that'll add fire to his movie because word will be out and people will be curious to see it in theatres, the conmputer, dvd what ever. If anything these 2 directors are working together to get more attention to their films, its all a stunt.

Get a room already!!! These two are in lust. But I will admit, McG put Bay in his place.

Amended:

PS: Imperial Walkers and At, Ats from Star Wars, and the robots from Robot Jocks beat them both to screen, also, and then there are all the Japanese live action TV series and cartoons with Giant robots...and let's not forget the walking loaders from Aliens...and the walking gun platforms fromThe Matrix sequels. And what started it all, the walking Tripods from War Of The Worlds? Michael Bay is full of himself--a grown man fighting over fictional giant robots, and he isn't the first to even do it on screen???

I can't believe you'd leave out the tour-de-force action series "Fastlane"! Philistine...

does it matter they are both what they claim to be. And while bays at it didn't he rip off a script about cloning humans for spare body parts. i mean The Island was a complete rip off of a lesser known sci fi flick calld Clonus from the 70's.

By asdfas at 5:52 AM ON 04/29/09

The nation of Japan called, they heard there was some argument about "giant robots"?

By estacado at 7:31 AM ON 04/29/09

Fair enough.

By DrWhoFan at 9:08 AM ON 04/29/09

Here's my thing about Michael Bay. The only person who rtps off Michael Bay movies is Michael Bay. Who many times do we have to see the "Spin the camera around slowly while the star reacts to what's happening" camera shot? EVERY MOVIE!
I keep toying with the idea of putting a scene on YouTube where Will Smith, Nicholas Cage, and Sean Connery are spliced into Trnasformers with Josh Duhamel, all doing the spin. Just to prove to Bay that WE FREAKING GET IT ALREADY!
Other than that, his movies rock.

By Justo at 1:06 PM ON 04/29/09

haha, I love these guys. Bay's one of my favorite directors. and McG did the pilot to Chuck and Terminator looks awesome. So yeah, i love a good rivalry.

By Tao_Jones at 2:55 PM ON 04/29/09

I suppose everyone here thinks pro-wrestling and political bipartisanship are real, too. Amazing.

By tekkblade at 3:11 PM ON 04/29/09

All i have to say is that McG's film is the first Terminator to be PG-13. Talk about killing a movie's potential just so a bunch of braty kids can see a film with a backstory they have never seen. there better be an un-rated DVD release.

By to whine and complain at 4:54 PM ON 04/29/09

Does no one remember the big ass robots in the original Terminator except me? They looked like huge Johnny Five's from short circuit.

By jb at 5:20 PM ON 04/29/09

personally, transformers sucked ass. From the previous to Terminator, its probably going to blow transformers out of the water. Plus Terminator has better actors by far.

By REDante at 10:01 PM ON 04/29/09

Look the movie was made before it was seen by MPAA to get a rating, it wouldve been rated R simply for a nude scene. The movie is set in the future fighting robots, maybe not original but what do you want, you want the terminator to do some torture porn? T3 was rated R, but personally looking at it, I dont know why, I didnt like it, and it wasnt as violent as the first 2 terminators. Probably just the language and a couple butt shots that gave it the R rating. In the end though the studios figure if Watchmen didnt do so well being rated R, then they dont want to risk another R rated scifi-movie.
