This can't imply good things for Dollhouse...

I give Past Life about 4 episodes before it's canceled.

I doubt that show will survive. The premise just isnt exciting enough. How about change it though, heres a premise:
An ex cop is being hunted by random individuals who are demon spirits. He doesn't know why they are after him but a psychologist is willing to help him unlock the secrets in his mind only to discover clues that is possible its all related in a past life. These demon spirits claim he was never a good person , but if thats true, who is he truly, what is he, and most importantly how can someone who lived a dark life be allowed to be born again.
And as the show progresses the truth is even more shocking as it goes beyond the ex cop and deals with the truth of life and death beyond all beliefs.

REDante, they already did. The show was called Brimstone.

Not sure you're right - the Past Life script was amazing and people are fascinated with the topic.

Doesn't bode well for Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles......

Wait these networks are canceling solid shows like “Terminator: TSCC” and on the verge of giving the axe to “Dollhouse” and “Reaper” to just make room for boring/recycled garbage like this?

“Brimstone” had potential too thanks for reminding me of a good show Sylver.

The masses are going to be so overloaded with crappy scifi/fantasy that they will stop watching. That means the networks will stop making them and turn to some other genre in their quest for the next big thing. That won't bode well for those of us who are looking for GOOD scifi/fantasy shows--the networks won't be interested in the genre at all, anymore

I'm still waiting for that to happen with pseudoreality programming :P

Are Richard Schiff going with this? I know he was in the Pilot! But is he singed up for a serie?

By thebonafortuna at 12:11 PM ON 05/15/09

Man, that sounds stupid. I love sci fi and am always willing to bend reality a bit to enjoy a good story - but past life stuffs is more new age-y than sci fi, and something I have zero interest in watching. Bring back the Dollhouse!

I read the Vampire Diaries when I was in junior high and I loved the series. I haven't read it in years but I will watch to see what this series has to offer.
