Variety confirmed the news, first reported by C.H.U.D., that Frost/Nixon writer Peter Morgan will join James Bond alumni Neal Purvis and Robert Wade to write the script for the next 007 installment.
Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli of EON Productions and MGM are moving forward on the 23rd film in the spy series.
Purvis and Wade most recently worked on Quantum of Solace and Casino Royale.
Daniel Craig is already set to reprise his role as 007, and Wilson and Broccoli are producing. No start date has yet been set, but EON and MGM are eyeing a 2011 release.
Morgan wrote The Last King of Scotland and The Queen.

Nice info, but when did Bond become Sci-Fi? And why is SyFy airing the movies, as there are tons of other great REAL sci-fi movies out there... Have not Spike, A&E, and all the other networks aired these to death already? - KH
