A new clip from the upcoming sequel Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which aired as part of the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, has gone live and is viewable after the jump.

The clip shows Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) seeing Dumbledore's (Michael Gambon) first memory of his meeting with Tom Riddle (Hero Fiennes-Tiffin), the boy who becomes Voldemort. The clip is introduced by Radcliffe, Emma Watson (Hermione) and Rupert Grint (Ron).

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opens July 15.
