The full schedule for Comic-Con International is out now, but the upcoming movies that AREN'T on its schedule would make for a convention every bit as massive as the actual con.

Here's a rundown of the 10 highest-profile movies you WON'T see at this year's con—unless, of course, the studios have kept them off the schedule on purpose in order to surprise you with them when you actually camp out in Hall H.

1. The Time Traveler's Wife. It opens Aug. 14 and is based on author Audrey Niffenegger's best-selling 2003 novel, a sci-fi romance starring Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams. This would seem like a natural for Comic-Con. So where is it?

2. Another highly anticipated sci-fi drama, The Road, starring Viggo Mortensen, opens on Oct. 16 but is not on the Comic-Con schedule. Perhaps it's a bit too dark and serious for the Comic-Con crowd?

3. Jennifer's Body. From Oscar-winning Juno writer Diablo Cody and featuring starlet-of-the-moment Megan Fox, this movie opens Sept. 18 but is oddly absent from the schedule, though 20th Century Fox may sneak it into its Thursday panel.

4. Ninja Assassin. Opens Nov. 25. The much-anticipated martial-arts action movie from the Wachowski brothers and director James McTeigue isn't on the official schedule, but scuttlebutt is that it will screen secretly and may even be a surprise addition to Warner Brothers' Friday panel in Hall H.

5. Gamer, the sci-fi action movie from the creators of Crank, won't have a panel at Comic-Con but will be doing press outside it; it opens Sept. 4.

6. Disney has left its upcoming Jake Gyllenhaal live-action video-game adaptation Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time off its Thursday film panel schedule; it will be the subject of a Friday panel on the comics and graphic novel tie-ins. But it's possible Disney could sneak in a glimpse of new footage from the movie, much as it sneaked a tease for Tron last year. Persia opens May 28, 2010. Also not on Disney's schedule: the Nicolas Cage live-actionSorcerer's Apprentice, slated to open July 16, 2010. Maybe it's too early.

7. Writer/producer Joss Whedon and director Drew Godddard's much-anticipated but top-secret horror movie Cabin in the Woods, which is slated to open Feb. 5, 2010, is also weirdly absent, though Whedon himself will be at Comic-Con to promote the second season of Fox's Dollhouse.

8. Less surprising for its absence is M. Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender, which is slated for release in July 2010. There may not be enough to show yet (except for the very preliminary teaser trailer that's already been released), and besides, who wants to spend an hour defending the film's casting in front of 6,500 irate fans?

9. Edgar Wright's upcoming comic-book adaptation Scott Pilgrim vs. the World also seems like a natural fit for Comic-Con, but it doesn't have a firm release date (sometime in 2010).

10. Piranha 3-D. The remake of Joe Dante's 1978 schlock classic, from Mirrors director Alexandre Aja, is slated to open on March 19, 2010, but isn't on the Comic-Con schedule.
