Ernie Hudson to join cast of Heroes

Ernie Hudson to join cast of \<i\>Heroes\<\/i\>

Ghostbusters and Oz vet Ernie Hudson will be joining the cast of NBC's SF series Heroes in a recurring role as a Baltimore cop named Captain Lubbock, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The show's producers are keeping mum about Hudson's role in the fourth season story arc, but there are early hints that in the style of The Fugitive, "Lubbock is on the hunt for one of the other characters on the show."

Aside from playing the affable Ghostbuster Winston Zeddemore and Oz's Warden Leo Glynn, Hudson has played his share of law enforcement roles, in productions ranging from Best of the Best: Without Warning to Desperate Housewives, to 10-8: Officers on Duty to Miss Congeniality.

He also played a cop in The Crow. That is the one thing I remember him for being a cop in.. I have no clue what the other things mentioned up there are.
