Actually the TSCC creators and cast fail for writing such a poorly written and appallingly acted show that never got going in its 2nd year.

Oh and got worse ratings than DH most nights they were paired together.

FOX wins for keeping the show that was clearly the better prospect for company profits.

Vampire Diaries was made into a TV series to capitalize on the vampire craze. However, the book series came out more than a decade before the Twilight books.

How was TSCC poorly written or acted? you're just giving your personal opinion and stating it like its fact. low ratings? seriously? that just shows that the majority of audiences watch mindless reality tv or shows with nonstop action. TSCC was intelligent, artistic...but it wasn't as accessible as other shows... dollhouse is about erasing the minds of women and sending them on missions? i'll take TSCC anyday. you want to talk bad acting and story writing? have you even seen an episode of dollhouse? point made. just because something isn't popular doesn't make it crap. i'm sure american idol has awesome ratings... maybe i should watch shows like that?
