This is from a freaky Japanese television comedy/variety show. (Vermilion Pleasure Night, maybe?) It was featured in the Alamo Drafthouse's Super Mecha Kucha Happy Fun Monkey Bash DX (Volume 4) showcase of freaky Japanese television stuff - which you can buy on DVD right here:

This photo is way disturbing on too many levels. I have no idea where this is, but given that any event would sponsor this kind of disturbing trite is what's wrong with Human Civilization. I believe that space exploration and colonization is hindered at the behest of people who create this type of .......objet de crud.
