Remember we told you that Disney will revamp its Star Tours attraction at Disneyland and Disney World? You can watch a video of the entire presentation at the D23 Expo last weekend after the jump.
An enterprising fan posted the video on YouTube, and it'll be linked here as long as Disney lets it remain up, which shouldn't be long.
The video features the clip of a new pod race sequence, drawn from Star Wars: Episode I--The Phantom Menace.
The new attraction is slated to go live in 2011.

Well, it was about as impressive as playing Pod Racer at the arcade -- which, admittedly, I find to be fun -- but not exactly groundbreaking.

On our vacation last month, my 7 year old insisted on riding Star Tours 4 times in a row. Luckily, the current ride is so outdated, there is rarely a line. While I look forward to a new version, "simulator" rides rarely excite me.

There was a time in my life where seeing a stage full of stormtroopers in authentic costumes would excite the hell out of me.
That time was 1977-1999.

I rather they did the Millenium Falcon in the asteroid belt avoiding tie fighters.
Why revisit the worst film in the franchise?

Well, the announcer DID say that was only a part of the final Star Tours.
So much hate before the tour is even cold!
