A real-world Mario found his Princess Peach last week when bradsmith182 proposed to his girlfriend via Super Mario World, using software which allowed him to create his own level spelling out LISA ... WILL YOU MARRY ME? in hovering coins.
The girlfriend had no idea what was about to happen when the inventive gamer invited her to power up their old Super Nintendo console on their fifth anniversary.

@Fe: There was one more part of the game where the game spelled out "Yes", which he asked her to play. It's hard to hear, but it's in the video.
