Yeah, not only is he coming back, but when they re-boot "THE RINGS" saga in 4-5 years, he is going to have a cameo, and make lots of $$'s.

I always loved his Lords of the Rings and his Hobbits' s. II am glad his estate got the money, but it certainly should have been more if you ask me. If you steal a Movie they want to fine you big bucks, but when it comes to stealing intellectual property for themselves, well that certainly seem a whole different thing then doesn't it.

The corpse will be modified to be a marionette and that's what'll be used for the cameo

Tolkien's still dead all right. And he's a real jerk to work with! I was an intern for the corpse of Tolkien and as you can imagine he pays really well but he's still very rude. Constantly looming over my shoulder demanding brains...
