OMG this movie is, like, going to be so AWEsome. I can't wait I'm going to squeal! Like, we're so totally going to dress up at the premiere and Brandy got some like totally awesome fingernail polish that, like, makes her fingers look so bloody and look so like Bella. And we're, like, going to Hot Topic and buy some ripped up black t-shirts, like soooo totally goth and some black lipstick, like OMG. And I'm going to read the books again for, like, the 20th time! Oh Cullen, like you can bite me anytime, tee-hee! And like, all you haters out there, OMG u're so jealous. Gawd, like, get a life. OMG, this movie is going to be aaaaawesome....

@TwilightBites Chill. Seriously, get a grip. Twilight is not the end of civilization.

Ok so I actually thought that @TwilightBites was being seriously sarcastic! I love the series myself but in a more mature and not obsessive fan kind of way. Dakota looks like she is going to do justice to Jane very well. They seem to have chosen better for the Volturi than they did for Edward...I find his acting sort of flat compared to the rest of the cast.

This second movie looks like it might actually be something. Should I watch the first or read the book?

TwilightBites, you sir (or madam) are my hero. people do need to GTF over twilight, its a stupid book series now a waste of money movie. why do people not get this pumped up over great bands? i really hate how people jump from one media crazed fad to another. ex. harry potter, (lamest of the lame) people in pointy hats and such at movie openings and they were adults for cryin out loud! the new movie Ninja Assasin is coming out at thanksgiving, i personally think ninjas are totally badass so should i dress up like a ninja when i go to see the movie? probably not cause i'm 24 not 14. get a grip people.

When did vampires become good guys?

By webdiva at 5:47 AM ON 11/11/09

scion68: you can scrape by with seeing the first film, but you'd get more background from reading the first book. Up to you. Plus, there's an interesting DNA angle on vamps vs. wolf-shapeshifters, but I think it's developed more in the later books.

shadow: when a nice Mormon mom decided to write about just saying no, putting love first, and worked in some family values, too -- that's when. Voila -- a book even her own kids would want to read. Who knew? Hey, it even makes vegetarianism sound good, almost. Besides, it gives Edward a real reason for teenage angst; there had to be a vamp somewhere who doesn't want to be a monster ...
