Stephen Susco, the writer who adapted The Grudge for U.S. audiences, has been hired to adapt the comic series Hack/Slash for film, Latino Review reported; Hack/Slash focuses on a young woman named Cassie Hack who has made it her job to rid the world of "Slashers," humans (either alive or undead) who have the overwhelming need to kill.
