Amazon.co.uk has this version: Star Trek XI (3-Disc Edition) with Free Comic Book and Bonus Digital Copy (Exclusive to Amazon.co.uk).
About the comic: Star Trek: Countdown is the official graphic novel prequel to the smash-hit movie, outlining the history of Nero, the movie’s villain (played by Eric Bana). Who is this mysterious Romulan, and how did he turn from hero to villain? Also featuring Captain Picard and many of the Next Generation stars, this is essential reading for Star Trek fans! JJ Abrams, the film’s director, along with scriptwriters Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman have supervised the script by Tim Jones and Mike Johnson.
Should be hearing from them today or tomorrow as to whether this version is region-locked or not.

Won't be buying any of the above. Until there is a director's cut Paramount money grubbers won't get a cent.

Won't be buying any new DVD's due to the way that Hollywood is trying to force draconian big brother laws on us all.see ACTA and other lame moves.
I firmy believe in an open Internet not one controlled by greedy media comapnies.
If I buy any movies from bigwig greedy Hollywood they will be used.

Is this why it's taken 7 1/2 months for Blu ray release? As opposed to G.I. Joe's 3? Collector's Pins? Ugh. Not that I don't think all that stuff is totally awesome.
If I am missing something please, haven't heard a bit about it, but I'd be interested to have a director's cut too.

I already locked in the awesome Amazon package over a month ago. And of course NOW I hear about the BB set with the pins! Anyone know where you can get just the pins? Sure would love to sport some of those!
