Watch Watchmen's curmudgeonly creator Alan Moore ... sing?
Alan Moore. Comic-book genius. Curmudgeon. Singer? Yes, singer!
Moore's been in touch with his musical side since the beginning of his comics career, and performed with the band the Sinister Ducks in the '80s. So the creator of Watchmen had a right to sing the blues at the launch party for his new fanzine Dodgem Logic a few nights ago, when he took to the stage with the band the Retro Spankees, whose work appears on the free CD given out with the magazine's first issue.

Alan Moore is exactly how I would picture a famous Comic book writer. If I didn't know any better I would think he still lives in his moms basement.

this is pretty lame. I guess this is what happens when someone like him gets rich and popular enough that he thinks everything he does is valid.
or maybe he doesn't take this as serious, it's just that everything he does is posted to the internet.
lately the alan moore comics (the black dossier. lost girls) have been pornographic and boring.
